Reflexology, or zone therapy, is the practice of massaging, squeezing, or pushing on parts of the feet, or sometimes the hands and ears, with the goal of encouraging a beneficial effect on other parts of the body, or to improve general health.
There is no consensus on how reflexology does or could work in practice; a unifying theme is the idea that areas on the foot correspond to areas of the body, and that by manipulating these one can improve health through one's qi.

Polarity therapy is a synthesis of ancient Eastern and alternative medicine health care ideas centered on the concept of a Human Energy Field. Using touch, verbal interaction, exercise, nutrition and other methods, practitioners of Polarity Therapy seek to balance and restore the natural flow of energy which, it is claimed, flows from the universe and into the body through the chakras. The aim is to re-establish "balance".?
Insun is a licensed reflexology practitioner. Before she began pursuing this field she studied L.P.N., Human services and neuromuscular therapy massage. Her ultimate goal is to help people feel and live better.
Insun is a mobile therapist and will visit you at your best convenience.
General sessions last from 45 minutes to 90 minutes, however some may be more or less depending on the customer.
Most health insurance companies reimburse reflexology treatments so check with your insurance provider.
Insun also provides hospital visits for spiritual support.

I am a doctor of chiropractic and am not unfamiliar to alternative care. Insun Kim has created her own blend of care with reflexology, polarity therapy and wholistic and eastern medicine remedies. She is very perceptive in assessing the needs of her clients. Insun dlivers her therapies in a very calming and relaxing way. She has a gentle, but effective touch. During her sessions, I feel very relaxed, but afterwards I experience a heightened energy level. Recently, I had suffered a series of health ailments and was having a hard time “getting back to normal”, especially in regard to my energy level. After one session with her, my energy level rose to normal levels. I truly feel she has a gift and have recommended her to my family and friends.
